  • An artist-label relationship;

  • A management relationship;

  • An agency relationship;

13. Products and Online Purchases

Certain products or services may be offered for purchase through the Site.

Product offerings may include merchandise, physical recordings, digital products, tickets, music, special releases, or other goods and services.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to:

  • Limit quantities;

  • Reject or cancel fraudulent or suspicious transactions;

  • Correct errors in product descriptions or pricing;

  • Discontinue products;

  • Change prices before an order is completed; and

  • Establish reasonable purchase limits.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We may contact you if additional information is required or if an order cannot be fulfilled.

If payment has been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy as required by applicable law.

14. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency identified at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, ticketing fees, or other permitted charges may be added or disclosed during the checkout process where applicable.

We attempt to display pricing accurately, but errors may occur.

If a material pricing error is identified before fulfillment, we may contact you to provide an opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected transaction, subject to applicable law.

15. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Your payment information may be processed directly by a third-party provider under that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Wild Horse Records USA is not responsible for failures caused solely by an independent payment provider outside our reasonable control.

16. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, costs, carriers, estimated delivery times, and geographic restrictions may vary by product and destination.

Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

If an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised or legally required period, we will address the delay, cancellation, consent, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional charges associated with international shipments, including customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges, may be the customer's responsibility where disclosed and legally permitted.

17. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by the policy disclosed in connection with the applicable transaction.

Different rules may apply to:

  • Physical merchandise;

  • Opened or used products;

  • Limited-edition merchandise;

  • Personalized or custom products;

  • Digital downloads;

  • Event tickets;

  • Preorders; and

  • Items damaged during shipment.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Digital Products

Certain digital products may be provided under a limited personal-use license rather than sold outright.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, purchasing or downloading digital content does not transfer copyright ownership or permit commercial redistribution, public performance, synchronization, resale, uploading, file sharing, sublicensing, or other exploitation of the content.

Additional license terms displayed with a digital product will govern that product where applicable.

19. Event and Ticket Information

The Site may promote concerts, performances, appearances, festivals, or other events.

Events may be operated by independent artists, promoters, venues, ticketing companies, or other third parties.

Dates, locations, performers, support acts, schedules, ticket availability, age restrictions, venue policies, and other event details may change.

Where tickets are purchased from a third-party ticketing provider, the provider's terms, refund rules, and privacy policy may govern the transaction.

20. Promotions, Giveaways, and Contests

Wild Horse Records USA may occasionally offer contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, promotions, or similar programs.

Such activities may be governed by separate official rules.

If separate promotion rules conflict with these Terms regarding that promotion, the specific promotion rules will control to the extent of the conflict.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by the terms and policies of that third party.

22. Social Media
